• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Majic Tank users?

The MSDS shows mineral spirits as the primary ingredient. Also, the flash point is 105 degrees. [emoji33]

They state 10 year shelf life.

Unless you are going somewhere where the gas stations are very few and very far between, why bother?

Target

I saw this (or something similar) at Target the other day...interesting idea but I would rather plan my stops and not pay that much and take up extra storage...

OK... it finds the little residual gas in your tank and PUSHES it into the engine? I saw the price as $40 a gallon. With my RT, if I bought the 1/2 Gallon container, that means I could go about 437 feet on $20 of this stuff. THe average US car gets 35 mpg? In which universe? It is combustible if hot enough.... 105F? Let's see, what was the temp today in sunny Texas? Put that stuff in your frunk which remains a cool 150F? Geesh, just stop when you need gas.

Great..!!

For the absentminded that run out of gas. Is expensive but for those out back roads we ryde where gas stations are a pleasant surprise and even more so if they are in operation could give you some comfort/ peace of mind. I carry a liter container of real gas for those rydes but have not had to use it..

Same stuff you clean paint brushes with at about $5 per gallon?

The MSDS lists the DOT classification as "Combustible". Not flammable, huh? It's a more dense liquid than ordinary mineral spirits. From the FAQs on their web site it doesn't look like you can be assured it'll start a car. The FAQ says the car will start with the residual gas in the line and tank and this stuff will keep it running. Kerosene will probably keep it running also.

The American way. Capitalize on gullibility.
