• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Maggie Valley 2013

This was my second time to Maggie Valley. Firstly, except for Thursday's rain, the weather this trip was beautiful. For all you folks who live in the Smokey Mountains, all I can say is you live in a beautiful part of the country. I did not spend much time at the fair grounds as I felt after coming so far (682 miles one way) I really felt I wanted to spend as much time as posstible enjoying the scenery and local roads. My buddy and I must have rode 250 miles on Friday alone. Again, beautiful part of the country. A special shout out to Harvey from Spyderpops, who despite the rain on Thursday afternoon, finished the install of the bump skid and sway bars on my RT in the rain late in the day. I rode the Dragons Tail on Friday and my buddy on his Street Glide couldn't keep up with me. The RT is much tighter in the turns with the sway bars, awesome product Harvey, thanks again. Not sure where BRP will hold next years rally, I suspect out west again, but this years was fantastic from my perspective. It was also really cool to see so many Spyders where ever I went. Not something I think any of us really experiences back home.

if they hold it out west next year, I may just go back to Maggie Valley again.... that place is way too much fun

I am lucky to live only 200 miles from MV and go there three or four times a year. It's a great place and I never tire of finding new things to see and new roads to ride. It's a true MC playground.
i think that they should hold two events per year one East and one West. Even if they had to charge a small registration fee it would be well worth it.

I think I would like to go back in the fall when the foliage is tuning and ride some of those 6 or 7 rides they have all mapped out.

BRP Owners Event

I think they should have BRP Owners Event in the Northeast in the fall. That is nice time of the year, before we have to put up our :spyder2:'s up for the season,:yikes:. Deanna777:thumbup:
