FYI I went online to see if I could buy some replacement mounting hardware (the rubber well nuts) for my Madstad windshield. Found out that they closed their doors back in September.
I found what I think are the right pieces on Amazon. When they come in tomorrow I'll see if they're correct and I'll post an update. This could be helpful for those of us that have Madstad windshields. The rubber nuts will disintegrate over time, as a couple of mine have done.
