Luggage Rack

Does anyone have a luggage rack installed on a 2014 RTL. I installed one and it cracked my trunk lid. Put a new lid on and just wondering if I should try to install it again. Had no problem with my 2011 RTL but the design of the trunk lid has changed and I'm a little nervous to try again. Getting ready to go on a long trip and could use the extra space to store the rain gear and leather when I'm not wearing them.

You could but it may happen again..The more stuff/weight you put on it could be a problem for more cracks.

Try adding larger diameter washers to spread the load and be very careful about overloading.

Try this instead of the luggage rack for the trunk.

They used to have one for $75 - but seems like they took that off the listings.

take a look at the sealcreativeconcepts.com tote rack. You can still haul your trailer with it in place.
