• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Luggage Rack for an RT Spyder

Check out Diamond R Accessories, site sponsor. Just click on their banner on the home page. Not sure if their rack fits the 13 model but I know it fits 12 and older RTs.

13's did not change on the back cargo area so it will fit as well.

:agree: I would have put one of theirs on mine, but the vinyl graphics would have been in the way. :opps:

I don't know how Diamond R's rack mounts, but Inspector Gadgets allows the high mount stop light to be seen when loaded. The load would keep the stop light from being seen on the cruiser customizing rack.

Please note that none are likely to allow the light to be seen if there is any luggage loaded up there.
 
I have inspector gadgets and the third brake light mounted just under it and the light works perfectly when I have bags on the rack. I have to say the one I have (painted) is kind of cheap looking, I hope he emproves the look, especially down at the mounting plates which now are washers and hex nuts.
 
I probably should have stated that, due to the design of Gadget's rack, a driver in a following car would have an ubobstructed view of the stop light as stated by Blue Stratos.
 
I have the Diamond R with the spyder design. I have a Picnic Plus hot + cold expandable insulated picnic bag attached to the rack. Low profile the bag is 4 inches high expands to 8 when both compartments are used, fits the rack nicely. Cold storage top warm in the lower. I had a red spider and initials embossed on the top of the red trimmed black bag to deter theft. My spyder is a 2011 RT. Very functional. Installed at Lamont's 2012 rally.
