Scotty, I had to go grab aa pen and pad, because school was in session!!!
All of your info was much needed by me. Although I have never cracked the tupperware open on my 2013 (Dealer does all of her service), I recently bought an 08 GS and can't wait to crack open her tupperware.

BTW...im looking for an 08 GS SM5 manual posted online. I know I can buy on on Amazon or the equivalent, but im betting it has been posted online in a PDF or similar in the last 5 years. Don't mean to hijack this thread, but it would be great if someone out there knew where the manual is posted online.

Which year and model? For all models you can use alligator clamps on the jump start terminals under the seat (in the front trunk for the 2013's). Removing the left side body panels is the easiest way to hook up a dedicated pigtail to the battery on all 2008-2012. Battery access is through (or behind) the front trunk for 2013's. The RT's and ST's with a 12V outlet in the trunk can be charged through that with a cigarette adapter.
