• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Love the looks of that trailer

can't imagine what the trailer will cost!!:yikes:
The trailer package list for $4500. That's not bad seeing a Bushtec hitch is $550.00 and my trailer is $6000.00

The nice thing about this trailer package is it's hooked into the electronics of the Spyder. Not sure what it's doing yet but it must have something to do with the VSS :dontknow:

In the limited views of the RT trailer hitch, doesn't it look like it's a swingarm mounted hitch that we've been against from the get go? :dontknow:

Generally, I love the look (not quite happy with the front), but I need to sit on one to check comfort. Lomonster, is this your suprise for the BBQ. Love the blue color as it almost matches my Vstar. No need to buy new clothing.

Lamonster complete package!

It does look like it from the pics but I would be surprised if it was. :dontknow:

You'll have to showup and find out. :D

For all you do for the Spyder community they should just leave the RT at your house as a thank you for all the Spyders this site has helped to sell.

I love the trailer too and that's not a bad price for the full package. As for buying the new RT -- my husband is doing all he can to try to talk me into getting one and trading his car and just having two Spyders. I could live with that, but could we handle the increase in maintenance cost? I dunno. We are waiting until next year before we decide. Either way, I see a second Spyder in our future, just don't know if it'll be a RT or a used GS.

BRP hit this one out of the ballpark for sure.

The hitch appears to be installed onto the swing arm, the hitch is wider than the swing arm, slide in place and bolt on. Maybe a unique BRP design.:D

I just got permission to say. Yes I will have a RT at the BBQ.:2excited:
Guess I got that right. :congrats:Lamont, I have a gift of seeing into the future.:roflblack:

Will the trailer plug work with any other vehicle? I have a Bushtec Roadster that I pull behind the Goldwing. Would be willing to part with it if the BRP trailer would work with the Goldwing. It would seem reasonable that an adapter could be fabricated to make it work...
