As expected, I picked up Mr. 2844 yesterday.
The Can-Am Spyder team was having an open road test in Embrun, Ontario and I agreed let the dealership have Mr. 2844 on display until 15:00. It was painful just watching him there - up on a pedestal with ribbons all around him - people gaucking, puddles of drool all around him.
Everything I read on this forum is true  . What a wonderful machine! I had about a 65km ride home - using back country roads instead of the highway. Lots of rubber necking from drivers - the sound of the Hindle muffler got some attention too.
Unfortunately, my husband an I got caught in the rain on the way back - I didn`t care, I was on my Spyder! Normally I would not have been as brave in the rain but I truly felt safe on three wheels.
I had to put Mr. 2844 to bed wet and dirty and hence have no pics to share right now. But the day is young and the clouds are breaking up - as soon as he gets a bath, the pics will be coming !
Have a good one !
