• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lots of Spyders

Mr. White

New member
Several of us started riding together 25 years ago and later decided to name our group. We came up with Hill Country Road Riders, as we ride the hill country west of San Antonio. We now have 33 members and each donates $5 per year to our treasury. This was 15+ years ago and we are still going. There was an election for a "group leader" and I was elected....even though I was not there at that meeting nor running for this office. I put out a monthly ride schedule to all for breakfast or lunch runs each Saturday. We ride 12 months a year.

Anyway, I triked my '02 Wing in '05 and bought my first spyder in 2011. We now have 11 Spyder ryders in our group. Some of our members no longer ride due to age.....but enjoy our monthly newsletter.

I have tried to get rid of my job but no one will take it. Once in a while we have a $5 surprise refund for the meal. If you ride with us often you can make money.....

 George...
This is why you should :lecturef_smilie: NEVER miss a meeting! :yikes:
It sounds as if you're all having fun!
But you need some new members: preferably some that don't show up to all of the meetings! :roflblack:

:nopic: of your riding group? :2thumbs:

This is exactly why I try to make every meeting George! It's a great group, and I enjoy it more each week as I get to know the members. Thanks for being a dauntless leader!

Nice...!!

sounds like a solid group of ryders...congrats on the success and the success of your unsolicited job....:roflblack:
