lots of posts about average age of a spyder rider, but no one has posted and asked "just how much younger do you feel when you're out riding your spyder?":dontknow: the misses and I are both 62 years old , and when we're riding we both feel about 40! now that's 22 years younger than we actually are. we might not look it, but it sure makes us feel good!:roflblack::roflblack:

Stress in life can cause aging. When I ride my spyder it takes away some of the everyday stress! So, being on a spyder makes us younger IMHO!...

Dropped my 11 year old daughter off at school using the Spyder the other day and when she came home she told me her friends had said "He looks too young to be your dad". Just shows the Spyder not only makes you feel younger, it also makes you look younger to

Personally I think its the daily exfoliation with either driving rain or high speed bugs that does wonders for skin tone.

i really hate to say this, but i really feel older than my 62 years that i am after a long ride. i just don't want to stop riding and my friends get mad at me for having a bike and not riding as much as they do but i have to do what i feel is the best for me. the pain i get in my lower back and legs is unbelievable after about 90 miles straight riding, this is the main reason i don't go to events and long rides with friends. i just ordered the elkas for my bike and i am going to be going up to accord ny, i hope, to have them installed and also have the laser alignment done and i am dreading the ride. map quest say's it is a 2 hr ride for me so i figure 2 hrs there and 2 hrs back is going to lay me up for a couple of days. oh well that is my sad life and i will just keep going like i do now when i hurt.

John, I am 66, I had back issues when I first got the Rt and had to get a back rest, what a difference! I also do stretching excercises and some to strengthen the back muscles.

Well, im not even 35 yet... but i love riding the RT-s dunno if it makes me feel younger though My wife on the other-hand thinks im 5... no matter if im riding or not

Hey, that sounds exactly like me. I'm 39 so it doesn't really make me feel younger but it sure makes me feel better when I stop and get off....no more aching hips. But more than anything, my wife never gets tired of riding now. She hurt and was sore enough when we had the VTX to the point she never wanted to ride. When mama is happy, everyone's happy

spydaman60/age thing.

I'll be 56 in a month or so and had neck fusion in 2004. Caused some leg and shoulder issues. Put a bolt on kit (training wheels) on my Midnight Venture and was happy with it but not as much fun to ride for myself or my wife. Had to muscle the steering and had the typical side rocking over bumps. After a long winter working my shoulders hurt so we bought the RT-S and we love it. The fun is back. Can't say I feel younger riding but I feel safer and don't feel older after riding. I figure to save money on "Bayer Back and Body" aspirin hyea:

What's this feeling 25 years younger stuff , I'm only 62 worked construction all my life , fell 23 feet once so I have my aches and pains like all of our generation of hard workers , but when I get on the Spyder I feel like maybe 7 going on 10 , varoom----varoom----
