• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lost a true spyder lover and wonderful lady yesterday

It pains me to say goodbye to a wonderful woman and friend that I would possibly never met if it had not been for the spyder. Leslee Turner passed away from cancer on yesterday afternoon. I met her in September 2014 when I stopped for a bite to eat while taking my maiden voyage on my just delivered 2014 RT. I had put my first 35 miles on the bike and she came over and started a conversation as if we had known each other for years. Since then, our families have grown close and gone on many vacations together, as well as many spyder trips. In fact, my longest day in the saddle was on a trip with her to the OBX for a 600 mile day. She will always be fondly remembered. Please keep her family and especially her husband Ron in your thoughts and prayers. She is the one on the left in our photo at Mt. Mitchell. For some reason, we always seemed to get beside each other, just so we could laugh and talk when no one else had anything to say. I will miss her dearly.

Losing a good friend is always difficult. Our thoughts and prayers are added to those of others.

I am the big guy on the left and she is the lady with the white jacket on beside me. We shared so much more in common than it would appear. Our love for riding, family, the mountains, and most of all, for the Lord. We visited each other's church on a few occasions. Definitely a strong woman of faith.
