Loose Right Side Cover Help

I have Spyderpops right side block off plate and a grille (that matches the left side) on the right upper side of my RT. My problem is that the rear upper pin on the finisher panel will not snap in place and the panel is lose. I'm having a hard time identifying what is hitting that is keeping the panel from locking in place. Has anyone else run into this and come up with a resolution?

Did you check the grommet to see if it was pushed through the slot or torn? Make sure the other pins are set in their grommets and the front flange tab is over the frame. Barring that, not sure.

Try it without the block plate. If it fits then, the plate is in the wrong position or it is too thick. You might have to modify either the plate or the cover in that case. BTW, I fasten the rear hook first, then the rear grommet while holding the hook in place, then the front two grommets. That works best for me.
