There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Loosing fluid in hydraulic clutch

I have a 2010 RT convenience SM5. I am losing fluid in the hydraulic clutch. I have already bled out the old fluid . I have looked at some of the posts and they have referenced some replacement o rings that can be bought from Aflas. Is there a video on how to replace the O-rings in the slave cylinder ? Does anyone know the part numbers of the Aflas O-rings in the slave cylinder? Thanks for any help.

Well....

From the year would not be a bad idea to get a rebuild kit and a shop manual and rebuild. This assuming it is not just from the master cylinger cap...in which case a new cover gasket shoud do the trick...:dontknow:

How much are you loosing? Have you looked to see if it is leaking at the diaphragm outboard of the clutch? When was your last clutch replacement?

I don't know of any video out there, but I used the service manual when I fixed mine. There is an o-ring, I think the #10, that can be twisted during the install @ the factory. That was the issue with mine. Not a hard fix at all, just pay attention to the steps in the manual, and be sure to use the allen key to lock the diaphragm from moving!

Not for the faint of heart

You will definitely need a manual to take the clutch slave cylinder apart and put it back correctly. I suspect that you are losing fluid into the vacuum line that goes to the clutch.

Do you know where the slave cylinder is located? It looks as if the hydraulic line goes directly to the clutch cover...I do have a shop manual, but I can not find a reference of where a slave cylinder is located. It seems like there would be a diagram or a video of the rebuild process.....Any ideas......Thanks

Is this what you need? It's what I used to replace the o-rings:

I think they got you covered. They seem to have it listed as a diaphragm cover with all the parts and not a slave . Let us know what you find.....
