Just saw it on the news... supposed to get 100 miles between charges for the all-electric model... $25k to $40k supposed price depending on the options.

It would be a little inconvenient for loads from Lowe's or Home Depot, though.

Good for You. :2thumbs: I've been looking at them for about a year. Been waiting for someone else to get one before I jump in and order one.

They said the end of this year. Yet they don't indicate whether they have delivered any yet. From years in production I know you have to complete unit 1 before there is any chance of getting unit 1182 out the door.

In the mean time I am trying to wear out my Spyder so I can make room. The only complaint I have about the Spyder is that it rains on me, doesn't have air conditioning, and things jump off of the road and hit me. The Aptera should solve some of these problems.

Honestly I like to do my part to support innovative transportation ideas. The buck board based designs of modern cars has pretty much run its course in my mind.

I was attempting to be funny with my comment about the rain and air conditioner. I love my Spyder-it being to only motorbike I have ever owned. And I live in an area with pretty good weather so my complaints are not that valid.
