Looking for vent cover

Has any body changed there factory vent covers. I need the ones that are at the bottom near the radiator if you have some you will sell let me know I have lost one Got my answer I did not lose it it never was there thanks all

Are you thinking the one on the right is missing? If so, you're in luck. It does not come with one. nojoke

Check out the ESI site on the home page. A couple of other vendors have them, also. But like the post above, if you're looking at "replacing" the lower right one, you didn't lose it. Spyder didn't come with one.

The BRP Reps that I asked about this odd setup, said that there's no screen on the right side so that nothing like a bunch of leaves or other debris could get caught in there and restrict airflow through the radiator...:shocked:

Welcome to the club. I think all of us were bit by the I lost a vent cover bug. I even went to the dealer and sneaked around to check if the other spyders had them.

Reading you peeps post makes me laugh... sooooo true... I went back to dealer a few days after I bought my RT to complain about the missing vents... I get there and on the way in I pass about 6 RTs that were for sale and guess what...none had them...lol... I felt like a duhhhhh... just installed vents I bought from Kewmetal.. Look great...I think about $100 or a little more for both top n bottom..

Been there, done that but I guessed I missed the T-shirt. I called the dealer the next day and he let me know. Since he knew the answer right away, I knew I wasn't the first.

glad I saw this thread!

I thought I was losing it! I took my new RTS apart three weeks ago to install an LED light kit and I've been searching high and low for the "missing" vent cover. Whew! Glad to know I didn't really lose it or my mind.

Everyone is correct. They don't have a right side vent cover - never did. However, if you go to the BRP web site and look at the RT and do the 360 turn on the spyder. As you turn the bike, BRP is showing a cover on both sides???

Naaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh, not me. I would have purchased a vent cover had the warranty not replaced a missing one. :thumbup:
