just looking for anyone wanting to hang out and ride, new at this message thing and dont know if doing it right. live in north metro area, first summer with new f-3, loving it.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Welcome Spyder Rider from a fellow Minnesotan, I live south of the cities, but there are many near you that are more than willing, Check out the MN Spyderlovers group (often called Caswell riders thanks to our group supporter and sponsor Caswell Cycles in Mora).
They had a group ride today that we missed due to family commitments. I'm sure you'll hear from many of them via this sub-forum.

hey mark, i'm in north mpls, basically by 252 and 694. i work nights wed-fri and some saturdays but looking to get out sun-tue and some saturdays. this is first summer with f-3 and just love it. not in to the across state rides yet, but nice local rides right now. have 10 year old son but he also likes to ride. figured it would be cool to ride with group of spyders. feel free to give me a shout any time. 612-257-3184 thanks, duane.

We do have monthly rides that leave from Caswell Cycle in Mora, Minnesota. If you want to check out our ride schedule scroll down this forum, we'd love to have you join us.
If you use Facebook you can look up our group there. Search for Minnesota SpyderLovers, answer the few short questions and the admin (me) will aprove you. There are a few other Spyder riders that like to throw together rides and will post on Facebook to let other riders know when and where to meet up.
You shouldn't have any problems finding other Spyder riders to hit the road with. Hope to see you on one of our rides in the future.
