• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a 2013 RT Limited with about 8,000 miles on it. I had a piece of retread tire take out the lower part of the front end. Got it back from the shop, and on the way home, noticed an unusual amount of heat that I hadn't had before, coming from both sides. Stopped for gas, and the heat had expanded the gas cap, where I couldn't hardly get it off! Rode the next morning with temps in the 60's and still had a lot of heat!
Took it to the dealer yesterday, they found no leaks in exhaust system. Temp gauge didn't even go to the half way mark. Checked coolant level, it was full, and no leaks.
Dealer can't figure it out, and was going to call BRP.
I was hoping maybe somebody had an idea?

:dontknow: So; they've been up under the bike, and don't see where a chunk of, "something" might just be blocking the airflow?

I doubt if they checked that. They thought maybe it was my bump skid, but I told them I had been to Maggie Valley and Colorado since I had that put on and had no issues.

Heat

I was going down the rode the other morning before day light and a car was coming up behind me and I took my eyes off the road for a sec. and BAM I thought I hit a part of a recap. Nothing seemed wrong and I continued on. When I got to school the instructor said I ad something dragging under my front end. It was a baby rabbit lodges up under where the plate is under there. I have a skid scoop to put on but am waiting for my neighbor to help me.
