Looking for an RT trailering harness for sale, or where I can get the parts the make one up with the correct plug for the the 9 pin on an RT 622 trailer. Some part numbers might help too. Let me know and thanks for any info, Bob.

If you can explain exactly what you are trying to do, perhaps we can come up with a solution. What are you trying to hook to what?

Are you trying to go from a 9 pin BRP to a 4 pin flat trailer, or are you going to a 9 pin trailer??

I'm going to a 9 pin trailer. I have an RT right now that I pull a 622 trailer with and just got an RS for the wife, but would like the option to pull the trailer with both of them. Thanks for any info. Bob

Hi Rock. I am looking for help going from 9 pin BRP on a 2017 RT Ltd to a 4 wire trailer. Some things I have read suggest just cutting off the 9 pin end and then putting on a 4 pin connector. There are wires that need to be connected together (brake and turn signal) and then some yellow wire that you tie back. Do you have some advice?

Rock has not been on this forum for a long time. The thread is from 2013 but, maybe someone else can answer your question.

There are four wires going into the square 4 wire connector isn't there? I would presume all the funky 9 to 4 wire connections have been done prior to that trailer plug end, test it out with a test light to be sure.
