• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Looking for a tent camping trailer. This may be the deal you are looking for!

THIS TENT TRAILER

Thanks, but at 400 lbs.....you are at the listed maximum weight for the towing capacity of the Spyder.............That means anything else you want to bring has to go on or in the Spyder itself....and that has low limits also especially if you have a passenger...............But it's good info.............Mike

Sorry, Larry did not say it right. This is for the fully load trailer with power opps on it. The trl is 325, with side room that comes with it and with out the power opps setup that you see here. The trailer is great you get king bed, and a big side room to., like I said, it's only 325lbs when not loaded...... The are in Ben ,Oregon Give tim a call he will tell you all about it for shure. Great people they are... Rember it has now power posts for for the outher trailers just this one has all power setup. The rest and just plane ones no power.. Still a great deal...call them.

tent trailer camping

Bought one from them in February , comes with a lot of extras such as the extra room , that we will not haul when we are pulling with the Spyder but when we camp with the Pathfinder it will come in handy , I rewired with the extra harness as the existing harness was too light for me. I added a cooler rack for a small cooler , mindfull of the weight . It comes with a skirting that I will most likely not haul and interior pockets that Velcro inside the standup room area .
We have camped in it already and will add a air mattress under the foam as the foam is not supportive enough for my small petite 265 frame . Completely loaded with all our gear for an extended trip , towed it to the scales , unhitched it and weighed it by itself it toped out at 385 lbs , they were selling these last month at $2600.00 and that is the best price for anything similar I could find.spyder ride and camping 4-13-14 006.jpg

tent trailer

It's the best price I have found and I spent about 4 months looking . It has a few flaws but as far as I'm concerned it's a great deal for the money . I mounted a Rotopax gas can on the side and changed out the hooks mounted on the sides that the cover bungees to , they had an edge on them that started to wear the bungee cord , then I replaced the bungee with a 1/4" as the factory on is only an 1/8 " bungee. My wife who is only 5'3" also included a folding step to help get in and out of bed as it's about 30" off the floor. We are planning a coast to coast ride over Hwy 20 next summer and are using this summer as a training time , We have had RVs for years but now we are learning to pack small and light as we did when we hiked the high country with a string of burros.Bike and trailer 004 (1024x768).jpgSpyder camping 4-13-14 010.jpg
