• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

LOCKING GAS DOOR

I got tired of lifting the seat each time to fill up. Also the seat didn't stay up, and I read a lot of people having problems with the seat unlocking mechanism. So I decided to put in a locking gas door so I don't have to worry about the seat staying up or the seat unlocking not working. I bought the door off of ebay for $16 and decided to try it. I'm 80 and work slow so it took me about 4 hours. My leg doesn't touch the door when I'm riding.

I had the same problem with the driver's seat not staying up when I needed to fill up.
I found that lifting the front of the passenger seat allowed the driver's seat to stay up.
I have a driver's backrest installed, so you can't lift the front of the passenger seat a lot, but it's enough.
