Coming home last night on my 2012 rt-s person in front pulled to side of road. After I passed they got back on the road and stayed behind me. Had lights on low it looked like the lights might be bouncing a little. Have elka's +1 on the front. First night ride.

A common problem. When your lights are on low beam, they give the appearance that they are flashing if you go over uneven terrain. They also appear to be bluish tint.

My guess, the car thought you were the police and were flashing them to pull over.

some are worse..RT's seem to flash and in red and blue RS RSS not so much but cars do pull over for many of us...:dontknow:

The tight focus of the headlight's beams, is what ends-up cuasing confusion among the cages...
Perfectly normal, and there's not a whole lot that you can do about it; other than enjoy a smile as they clear the path for you...

I've seen the rt lights do that but do we know it the st lights do the same thing?

My Audi did that. The shutters create such a crisp line at the top of the beam that any bump makes them look like they are flashing.

I wonder if the Elkas have changed your headlamp adjustments? Seems like mine raised some. I like it.

:agree: I put elkas on my 12 RT-S & it raised the front end 1.5 inches.
