Speaking of lights, I am installing some LED's on my GS. I want to make sure what is legal and what isn't in my state (WV). Would I need to contact the DMV to find this out?

I'd ask a couple police officers, as well as googling the laws in your area. Keep in mind laws not only can vary from state to state, but city to city. If you have them installed already, take photos, and show them to the officers. That way you don't have to drive with them so you don't get ticketed. Also, put them all on a switch so you can turn them off if requested by a LEO.

I wonder if the 15 inch wheels on the 2013's will have an effect on the lights, i.e., low beams?
