• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

LIFTING A SPYDER ?

I was looking under a 13' RTL at the dealer the other day, to see if a motorcycle lift would slide under and work ? Can this be done ? Also how would a person raise the rear or front wheels for a tire change ? Just trying to get prepared, thanks, Craig

No problem..!!

simplest is a floor jack positioned where you want to lift. Always use "A" stands for support if lifting more tan one point. You can lift both front wheels placing the jack on main frame in the forward point. Same for the rear wheel positioning the jack at the rear of the main frame. Many of us use the ATV/motorcycle jack which can lift the whole roadster all at once. Some gave the more professional full lifts...now it will depend on how much work you are going to do yourself or your preferance of not sitting on the floor....

THANKS A MILLION

Thanks to all for your answers. I have a good heavy m/c jack, I just wasn't sure if the undercarriage of a RTL was hefty enough to support its weight, COOL.
