License Plate light not working - any ideas?

I have a 2015 F3S, I bumped into my trucks bumper when backing outta my garage and broke the license plate light, so I bought a new one and now the tail/license plate light and the marker lights on front fenders are not working. The fuse is good, there's power on both sides of the fuse, but no power to the license plate light or the front markers. What else could it be? Maybe a relay? Help??

Are the tail lights also out? The plate light, front pilot lights, and tail lights all connect to a set of contacts on the ignition switch - could that be the problem?
