• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I fired off a letter to BRP customer service yesterday. In Feb I took part in a phone survey and was told I would receive 1 more year of warranty With road side service, with notification in aprox 2 weeks.
Well its been a few more weeks than that. So I just asked them what the deal is.
I will keep you posted if I ever get an answer.

Yeah, I had the same problem. I was promised a $500.00 certificate for BRP parts, accessories or clothing. After not hearing from them for a month I sent an E-Mail to Carlo. The next day I received a call from a young lady in Canada and received the letter for purchase within a week. Ordered new brake pads, winter gloves, filters and two r/c Spyders for the grandkids. Hang in there, I'm sure Carlo will straighten it out for you and when he does we both owe him a beer.
 
I received my notification of extended warranty about three weeks after the phone call. They told me it would be about six weeks.
