• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Let’s try this again

Alright, my new silver 2010 RT is telling me to Limp Home.
The RPMS are not there and the all I can muster is 30 MPH.
I did some research and the error code that comes up is P1614.
I think there is some kind of app for my phone that will help me with this but so far a call to a dealer only tells me to bring it in and they will try to fix it
Can anyone help?

Had this code on our recent trip through New England on our 2010 RT.
Only happened when the bike was cold and first starts cold in the mornings.
Just restarted a few times till the idle settled in to its 1300-1400 range then it was good to ride till the next morning.
Did some cleaning of throttle body (PM me for how this was done) and have not had it reappear since. However being in FL we will not see those cold mornings anytime soon LOL.

I don't know if this is the same base issue, but my throttle was sticking and I just took off the cap on the end and sprayed in some WD-40 at the suggestion of a dealer. No problems since.
