Less than 24 hours...

Till I head out on the open road. Spyder is about as ready as she has ever been. Just need to finish my work day, pack, take care of a list of odds and ends... and hopefully roll out early tomorrow am.

Heading to Utica and Syracuse NY to see family and friends so they can finally meet Leah. Then I'm heading up to Spyders in the Adirondacks later next week. If any of you are pit stopping in Utica on the way there, please let me know and I will introduce you to some Utica food if time allows.

Firefly was in Utica last week and found the brewery and one of our best bars. -- Figures.

I might head out of Charlotte north west and hit the Blue Ridge or I might play around on VA-16 for a bit... Kinda undecided. Definitely planning a day to run West Virginia on the way back down.

Oh... and the baby will be safely transported in the car with my wife. We have some friends riding with her for safety and company on their way up and down.

This seemed so appropriate... I'm anxious to go. This will be my one big trip on the Spyder this year. See you guys up in Adirondack Park....A lot more risk of spanking a deer up there than you have down in the Smokies, so be careful!

Have a safe trip! I am from Binghamton, NY originally but just moved to Staunton, VA area....I will be leaving next wednesday to go to Spyders in the Adirondacks. Hopefully will meet you up there.
