• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Len from Pitbull Powersports did some cool videos on the RT

nice

Lamont have you seen how they pipe the two radiators together, it would be interesting to see if they series the two up front with just 2 pipes going back to the motor

Don't you just love Len holding the camera with one hand riding with the other. Talking a mile a minute. :roflblack: I knew he wouldn't let us down on covering the event.

Everything an ex goldwinger could ever want. Love my 2012 Limited, it's going to hard giving up the lava bronze. Have to see how the numbers run and how the new colors look in person but would love the new torque.

Why oh why did you do this to me BRP.... the new bike are great. Please make a harry pottar special in Laval Bronze and I will send you a cheque.

I feel your pain, Brother! When the new models hit the showroom floors, my wife and I will be there with my 2012 RT Limited and her 2013 ST Limited saying "Let's talk some serious turkey!" I wasn't all that impressed with simply an increase in engine displacement....but all the other things they're done to it :yes::yes:!!!!!

As I said in another thread; now I know how the guys who bought H-D touring 2006 models felt when the 2007s came out with bigger engines and a 6 speed tranny. :sour::banghead: Oh well, maybe I'll trade when the 2015s come out. I hear they'll have a 1494 cc triple with supercharging.

Looooooove the orange! Amazing that the new engine comes in my favorite color................Orange RT-S, Here I Come!!! :2thumbs:

same here

and as far as getting Len a helmet for the event..... its, Florida, you dont need one.... lol

The new engine is designed using their ACE (Advanced Combustion Efficiency) technology. So if you are stopped and asked if you got a Hemi in that thing, you can answer yes!! :roflblack::roflblack:

You all know me well, yes hate helmets! There a good evil.

I was trying to get you all as much info on this as I could, so far I'm really happy with what I've seen, and I usually have several complaints at these events and ask why! But this time they were truly truly truly listing and I just was smiling and waving and smoking the tires. I'm happy! Happy! Happy! With the 1330 rotax ace design, and lay out and performance and fuel mileage.

Got some questions for Lamonster or Pitbull...

1) Will we be able to over-fill the fuel tank, or is there still that canister issue that traps over-filled fuel (fire hazard)?

2) Are they going with new tires or the same stock tires on previous years? Kinda hoping for higher mileage...

3) Do you know the minimum rpm to ride at? I know it will be a lot lower, but there still has to be a min.

4) Is it easier to access the airbox for the filter than before? I hated changing that thing, LOL.

5) I hear that they eliminated the centrifugal clutch, does this mean the electronic shifting is even smoother than before?
And is the "clutch destruction" that plagued previous models heavily minimized?
