I tell you--- I wish Len could run a chain of Spyder shops all over the place!

Contacted him about my rear shock going bad. Ended up buying a set of 3 Elka's -- but in the meantime he offered to send me a used OEM rear shock to keep me on the road.

Can't wait to get the new Elka's -- but it's nice to know I'll be okay to ride in the meantime using the used OEM he offered up.

If you need anything Spyder related---- Len's your man! :thumbup:

That would be wonderful if Len could open up or teach other dealerships what good service is all about.

Cowtown is the only place I know of where they give you a loaner Spyder while yours is in the shop.

Yep..After meeting Len and buying my wife's Spyder from him...He truly knows what CUSTOMER SERVICE is!! We will travel that 600 miles each way again to do business with him!! :thumbup::thumbup:

My dealer offered a loaner :spyder2: for 08 and 09--but not 2010 or later. They do offer me a ride home and back when I bring my bikes in for service though.
