LED replacement for standard bulb? (F3-S 2015)

I know this topic has been discussed several times before but cant find them at the mo. I want to replace the standard headlight/low bulb (presumably 55w H7 on my 2015 F3) with LED equivalent. Were there any conclusions as to best ones to fit? A link to the supplier would be handy. Presumably there is a ballast resistor with heat sink involved so is the any problem with it overheating or not fitting in the enclosure? And does 'nanny' recognise the new 'bulb'.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Many thanks for your reply papanorm but I think they are hellish expensive. By the time I paid UPs to ship them to the UK and government taxes at both ends, it pumps the price up by nearly 50%. Will keep looking. Cheers.

Thanks Highwayman, thanks for your reply. Yes just found one on Ebay that seems to have a pretty high spec so will give it a try.

I'm also looking for LEDs headlight bulbs. All of the lights on my 2015 RT-S are quite bright, but the headlight bulbs are quite dim in comparison. I've found some but I need to know if the plugin is straight out the bottom or off to the side. Thnx
