• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

LED lights

My 2012 RT limited has a LED light strip (blue in front and red in back) on the top of the front fenders is this stock with bike or aftermarket add on? I bought the bike used so don't know exactly what bike came with. On my bike the left strip is out. Local Spyder dealer is saying $280 to replace. This seem high to me anyone know of a less costly replacement?

The only light that comes on the fender on that 2012 that is OEM is the little marker light on the top.

What you are describing sounds like the skinny little LED stip that sits in the channel atop the fender. That is definitely aftermaket.

Here's an example from one of the site's sponsors

You can get a set of two for $80. If you can turn a wrench, I say do it yourself and save the $200 buck from some more accessories.

:agree: I'd be cautious about having blue lights up front on your bike...
