• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Leaving Spyder Community :(

Hey guys just want to thank you for all the good advice and tips over last few years. I sold my 2014 Spyder and bought this Indian Roadmaster Trike. The Spyder is a great machine, I have no regrets. I'm just ready for a change. I hope I can find a an Indian forum as helpful as this one.

That is a beautiful Indian! Best of luck with it! Even though you have sold your Spyder, you can always 'stick around' on the forum in order to socialize and continue to get information on upcoming rides or three wheel rallies.

Super good looking trike.:congrats: I went from '14 RTL to a '17 Tri-Glide Ultra and have not looked back. I really enjoyed the Spyder and put almost 19k miles on it in two years. Overall, the Spyders are good machines and give many an opportunity to keep riding or come back to riding. My dealer and the tires took me back to Harley.

Indian makes a trike..?

It is an absolutely a beautiful machine ..! I didn't know they made a trike ..? Is it a kit..? Enjoy and keep us posted how it rides/handles please.

Really. ...😲

Nice new ryde...but just cause you don't have a spyder anymore is no reason to leave us. There are Indian ryders here as well...

Beautiful bike. If there was an Indian dealer here, I would also have one in the garage. I am liking the Roadmaster with the leather trim stuff.:bowdown:

I am sure you will find an Indian forum, but you are still welcome here.:yes:

By the time you price out the kit the way you want and figure the price of the Roadmaster You are somewhere around $45,000 + That is of course if it get the kit with all of the goodies.

The good news is if you did that to a Harley Ulta Classic it would still be the same !!

If you buy a Tri-Glide Ultra it is in the mid $30s.

Here are 2 good Indian forums. chiefmotorcycleforum.com and Indianmotorcycles.net I had a 2014 chieftain for 2 years. Tore my left rotator cuff. Sold it and got the RTS. It was very reliable. Sure miss it though.

trike

have been studying the pages on the chieftains , before the spyder , and yes they do have a pretty price on the trike kit , still checking into getting an Indian cycle , very nice chrome it just looks nice and clean ( on the showroom floor  ) ...

No trike kits for me. The Indian seats sit low enough that I can put both feet on the floor. Two wheel version for me.
