Hey Lamont ..Get better soon bro.. Don t rush back into anything including riding.. That speed whipped wind is NG for lungs under attack.
Take it easy no alcohol and no overexertion. if lungs scar up they take a long time to heal if ever...I had farmers pneumonia. caused by an airborne fungus "as in seeds" and boy that was no fun .

Sorry I haven't posted much here but I got sick Wednesday night and haven't felt much better since. Turns out I have influenza and pneumonia. The flu part is about gone but the pneumonia is worst than I thought and I have to take it real easy for the next week or two or else they want to stick me in the hospital and I ain't doing that.

I'll keep checking in but won't be posting much till my head clears a little. I did have a great time hanging out with all the SpyderLovers last week. :thumbup:

Rest, plenty of liquids, and constantly monitor your symptoms.....if it gets too bad......swallow your pride/fears...go to the hospital.....the alternative could be much worse....
