• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The BRP gods will make their solution available for all to see tomorrow ! Some may jump for joy  and others may bang their heads on a wall :banghead: but no matter the out come we all know we still ride the coolest thing on three wheels:ohyea: even if its too hot to handle.

Not to be raining on your Parade ... but I only recall the mention of "May", as the release date; no mention of May 15h. Did I miss something? :dontknow:

Bob, there was a post that mentioned May 15th as the day for big unveil one could hope and pray:pray:.

Well..!!

Whenever it is and whatever it is I hope it solves the problems for those who unfortunately have this ongoing issue...

 Sorry...

I actually was hoping that it had come from Steve. :banghead:

:agree: on the above. On this issue, if you are not hearing it from Steve at BRPCare, I would take the information with a grain of salt.

I don't think they are going to let the pressure of a specific day drive the issue. I still predict no later than May 31. I do foresee issues if they miss a May announcement.

Yep, everything I am seeing and hearing through the service channels says "May 2015" with no specific date, and that it ONLY applies to 2013 RT models, no other years, no other models, and that it is a "Safety Recall".

BRP is careful to not let the cat out of the bag before the parts are available and ready to ship, as they do not want to create undue demand before it can be fulfilled. With this being an on-road vehicle and having the NHTSB involved it is a more complicated matter than with ATVs and snowmobiles, so we are all going to have to wait until they can pull the trigger. Chill out?

Now that Steve from BRP CHIMED IN

It's official it won't be tomorrow! Oh well two more weeks till the unveil. Maybe we should get pawnsetauny Phil to tell us if it'll be six more weeks.
