There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I am getting mine done and was quoted $100 to get it done. Service manager said it would take about an hour. I think any where from $100 to $125 should be the norm. From what others have said, depending on how many adjustments need to be done, you can look at around 30 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes.

Are you asking how long it will last or how long it will take to have the alignment done ????
Having been an alignment tech and suspension guy as well for autos and trucks at our shop
in Concord CA. I can tell you an alignment will last until you hit something, chuck hole, curb,
anything that will bend things. there is only 1 angle to adjust on the Spyders that is the Toe
there is no caster or camber adjustment if those are out then something is bent.

Keep in mind that an alignment was done at the factory albeit probably incorrectly from what I gather. This being the case, your RT's computer will use the old alignment info for various systems and the bike's computer needs reset via BUDS system after alignment is done or it will continue to steer offline. Once the computer is reset, your laser alignment basically takes effect and you will track far better than before if your Spyder is like most. Prior to laser alignment, if I look my hands off the wheel I could almost go in circles to the left. I didn't realize how tiresome micro-corrections were until I had it done. Let us know how your Spyder tracks after the alignment. In fact, on your way there, take your hands off the bars a tad and see which way it wants to pull or drift. After alignment see if this behavior is still there!
They had in shop for over 2 hours, cost was only 125.00. Had purchased a 2013 from this dealer and when I wanted to trade to the 2014 they did not get there heart right. When took the 2014 in they were telling me about the "recall". The mechanics thought it was the 2013...my 2014 is Cognac...If I am correct, that is the color for 2014...along with other colors but is exclusive to 2014...hummm. Hope the alignment is correct.
Spidey tracks fine...as long as they had it in the back...anyway, its done and lets head to Niagra Falls...
