• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Here is gopro footage from the las vegas spyder ryders 1st group ride to nelsons landing. This video is about 18 minutes long and starts near the opening to Eldorado canyon and ending at Nelson's landing overlooking the Colorado river. Spliced video between my forward and rear looking cams.

Thanks for sharing the video of your ryde. Look like you had good participation for a first group ryde. :2thumbs:

I'm not entirely happy with that position. Bounces around far more than I would like, especially on rough road. That was the first time I ever really used the thing. Need to experiment with more positions.

Cool vid Arr. Where are all the trees and green grass ??? :dontknow:

Back in town in people's yards. All that stuff is imported. ;)
It's funny. Folks from back east come here and ask "where's all the green?" I go back east and say "there's too much green here. Where's all the brown? You call THAT a mountain?"

You need to come to Oregon where it's always green and the Mountains are Mountains, the roads are curvy and the scenery is spectacular! Too much green, go to Eastern Oregon.

Ride in comfort,

Changed the vid to have to some relaxing free to use piano music to get rid of the copyright issue it had. still goes well with the vid, but its not the cool classic rock it used to be. Youtube might still be processing the edit if you still hear classic rock.

Great video . Are the front and back video cameras GoPros ? The rear camera seemed to have a better picture or was the front shot because you where riding into the sun ?

Both gopros. One on the hood, the rear one on my head. Time of the video was about 11 o'clock, so we were riding more at a right angle to the sun. Probably did have a lot to do with how much light was hitting the light sensor though.
