• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Larger Brake Pedal question

WEB-WVR

New member
I am considering putting a larger pad on my brake pedal. The one on the below link looks good and sounds like a good addition. It is from Show Chrome Accessories.

Are any of you using this model ? Comments ?

No matter what model you are using...does it interfere with the break away capability of the foot rest (if you have that type of foot rest... that if you push hard, it folds down to allow more brake pad pressure) I have a ST-L ?

Thanks !

If the bigger brake pedal hits the floorboard before the trigger to drop the floorboard out of the way. That's a problem. I believe they come with a shim or built to sit high enough so that won't happen.

I've got one, and it does not impair the ability of the breakaway system.
If your original pedal didn't hit: this one won't either!

Pictures! Better yet shoot a video of how yours works. Video, Video, Video!:yes::yes:

What we need; is a video of one of the aftermarket pedals being tested. nojoke
Someone needs to push down on the pedal, and activate the breakaway system.
(A good shove with a hand, will do it!)
