• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Would be nice if BRP comes out with an update to the 2015/2016 F3-S software/firmware and lets the VSS be disabled if you choose on that as well. Possibly wishful thinking on my part...

Thanks for the info on that new model F3, Lamont. So it's available for order now, huh? Since I'm mostly a tourer and can't afford two Spyders, I'll have to pass, but that's going to make for a lot of fun for some folks.:ohyea:

Belt

How did the front sprocket (pulley) hold up? Did it eat into the belt any? Heard this is a problem with the F3's.

Nice looking ride, colors are great too.

Great review! Looks like it could be a lot of fun. Have to agree with you that 125 is a lot of fun - rode that when we were there for Spyderfest.

BRP's website seems to indicate that the Sport mode will be available on all F3-S models. Like was suggested above, it would be nice if the new mode could be pushed to the 15's & 16's!

Is this really true? The RS, RSS and ST models will no longer be built after the 2016 model year?

If this is true my Spyder riding days are over :(
