• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lamonster PackRack

I have a 2020 Spyder F3, basic model without passenger handgrips! I called Lamonster about their PackRack and checked to see if it would fit my bike. I was told that the PackRack was designed to use the hand grips as a way of mounting the Rack. Has anyone found a way of mounting the Rack on a F3 basic model. Thinking of washers, I have no way of creating a bracket! Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

spyder accessories has what you need

I have a Packrack installed on my F3S. The grab rails are what holds the rack secure when they are slid over the posts. You'd need some kind of spacer to slide over the post, up against the rack, and then a washer/bolt to secure everything up. Thinking I'd look for a different luggage rack.

Thanks, sounds like a good idea on a different rack. Brad0414 said to check Spyder accessories! Will keep looking, thanks.

The quality of the IPS PACKRACK is outstanding. Look into the IPS hand rails, they look amazing on the spyder. Even if you never carry a passenger the hand rail/PACKRACK combo is worth the investment.

You may want to look at MBL innovations. Maurice has a rack that mounts to the hand rail mounting holes ( not grab handle need). I bought a solo rack from him and the quality was great.
