No, there is only the one brake on the bike and it does all the brakes. Adding a hand brake just gives you the option of using it to stop instead of the foot brake.Derwin said:I don't get it. A hand brake is definitely needed. Whether it operates just the front brakes or both front & rear. Although I prefer one that operates both front & rear. There are many reasons for this.
