• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lamonster BBQ

GM is adding a new product line to my plant during that time frame. If I can get away, we would love to come down.

BBQ

That sounds like a good date. My only suggestion is that if the BBQ could be on the 7th that would give those of us with jobs 2 days to ride home before going back to work on Monday. Just a suggestion. We will do our best to be there.

but still have a good time.

Either way we are cutting into a work day. Looks like it is a long haul for you, about 850 miles one way. It can be done in a day and if you leave after the BBQ on Sat. you can knock out a couple of hundred miles that day and the next won't be so bad. The way I have this setup is the first day we'll have a work day and maybe grill some burgers and dogs. :bbq: The second day we ride and the third day will be the BBQ so if you had to you could leave on Sat and miss the BBQ but still have a good time. :doorag:

To be honest I'm surprised that this is a good date for so many right off the bat.

If it was just me Yes

If it was just me yes but the boss(better half) is not going to ride 650 miles in a day. We'll work it out somehow. Looking forward to it!:yes: I know this is not a small undertaking and the time frame is just not going to be perfect for everyone.

Right now I'm looking at Sept. 6-8 :dontknow::popcorn:

Just an FYI... (and I'm sure you know this ;)) Trail of Tears is on September 15th and it starts in Chattanooga. Not that I want to tell you how to plan, but maybe do the BBQ Friday before and have a bunch of :spyder2:'s out there...:chat:
