I'm staying at the Best Western Route 66 on the 8th and 9th. I hope to learn something at the tech seminars. Then will move to Branson for the 10th and 11th for the parties and rides!

I've marked the week on my calendar. I'd be coming in on the 8th. What motel do you recommend for Wednesday and Thursday to be close to the seminar location. I'll book the Baymont for the 10th & 11th.

Okay I have decided get my butt in the saddle and come to the BBQ despite a family obligation on the 12th. I'll most likely leave here on the 6th and arrive in Springfield on the 7th and stay at the Comfort Inn for 7,8, & 9th. I've got reservations at the Baymont on the 10 & 11th but will change that and leave in wee hours of the morning of the 11th so can be home that night. It's a lonnnggg day but I think I can do it.

The wife and I will be there. We will have the Spyder in the 5th wheel and will be staying at Americas Best Campground in Branson the 6th thru at least the 12th. Some of this will be business.

I'm hoping to get there. I'm in Council Bluffs, Iowa on my way to visit son in Eastern Iowa, then planning to go to Louisiana to see daughter, then back up to Springfield and then toward home. I have a cousin in Springfield and have my "Tent on a Trailer" with me so probably won't need motel room.

I would look into Branson instead of Springfield IMO. Branson has many recreational areas and is a RV friendly area, and I am not an RV owner.
