• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lamonster 1330 RTS Project begins!

I haven't had a lot of riding time on this beast but I have had a lot of wrenching time as always. I started by taking all the brushed chrome parts off and having them dipped by Wicked Liquid Creations. He's driving here as we speak so I can install them and get ready to head to Daytona with Spyderpops in the morning.

I've also installed a Lamonster Garage CAT bypass to add a little sound, lose a little weight and get the heat away from the fuel tank. This thing came out killer and we'll have them in hand crafted stainless for the 1330 and the 998. :doorag:

I've also redesigned the highway brackets to be even cooler than they were before. I'll be installing the pre-production brackets and pegs along with a couple of products that the world has yet to see. I'm really excited about this Spyder and can't wait to make it my own and put lots of miles on her.
:yes::2excited:

Sounds like you are off to the races again, Lamont! Cannot wait for Len to finishing Lamonsterizing my new RTL. Have fun in Florida:yes:.

Looks great Lamont. Great to see the move away from the chrome.

Did you also cut down the windshield?

I forgot I have a great helper. Colton is the one who unbolted the CAT and a lot of the trim. The kid is good. :doorag:

When are the pegs, cat bypass, etc gonna be available from the Lamonster Garage?

Just need to get the final production cost and then I'll post here how you can order them. I'm so excite how everything is turning out.

Please tell us a bit more about the catalytic converter bypass...

The ends are machined and pressed out of 304 stainless and hand tig welded by one of the best welders I've seen and I was in the biz for 16 years and have 17 certs myself. This guys is really good. :doorag:

That CAT Bypass should give you more than just better sound. Great looking work there Lamont. No Micky-Mousing around (as usual).

Have a great time in Daytona! Hope the weather holds up! :ohyea:

I had a muffler shop cut off ends of my 2014 cat, bent 2" stainless steel cat bypass pipe to fit; second day I had RT.
Major increase in exhaust flow out of muffler, with stock muffler louder with a neat triple motor wailing sound when on the gas!!
Stronger torque off idle on up to 6,500 rpm. The 4,000-65000 rpm is really strong pulling.
Exhaust flow temp from muffler increased 50 deg. Idle is 175 deg.
(cat weighed 15.6 #).
Your cat bypass is 1st class!!!!
Thanks for building the 2014 cat bypass pipe.
Jim
