• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Labor cost per hour

I just had my 9,000 mile check up, 5 hours of labor at $95.00 an hour. Like to hear what other dealers charge for labor ?

if any of you get a "buy one, get one free" deal for service on your spyder. Let me know, I will be more than willing to take the second part of that deal off your hands. :roflblack:

More important is how knowledgeable they are and how fast they work.. The guy I use now completes the work in half the time as the dealer i used a couple of years ago.. I don't mind that he charges $10 per hour more

$78

$78 hr. POWERSPORTS of GREENVILLE (South Carolina)...

Honda of Winston-Salem, NC $89 an hr, Ashville, NC. $69. Franklin, NC. $29 (They used to be a spyder dealer, but alas no more). Their tech's are all spyder trained and can do anything except BUDS

Sent from somewhere on the road.

More importantly...................Whats involved in a 9k mile check up that would take 5 hours to complete ???????? :yikes:

Pensacola Motorsports $45/half hour...guess they didn't want to say $90/hour out of fear of sticker shock?! Can't imagine they thought it sounded cheaper to put it that way, though.
