• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Kuryakyn rear peg adapters' question

I just received today and noticed they come with set screws. I see a set screw hole on the adapter; I just don't see a purpose. Does someone know when the set screws would be used?

i saw the same thing when i got and install mine. You almost have to screw it all the way in. By the way make sure you don't loose the bearing and you put some grease on the spring

What does the set screw do?

Let me try one more time before I try and contact Kuryakyn.

Does anyone know what the setscrews are for?

Thanks

It's used to level the peg adapter. It goes into the surface you can't see; the arrow is pointing to the general area.
