I bought the LED kit that outlines the bumpskid plate back in December. I noticed this weekend that 2 of the LEDs in the very front were out. I took a picture and sent it off to Reggy to ask his opinion. He said that it was probably hit by something and therefore not a failure of the circuit BUT he offered to send me a new kit at no cost!! I didn't even ask for it!! He is a standup guy! Fantastic customer service!!!! I recommend TricLED very highly!!

We had the same issue with a set of LEDs on our RT. Contacted Reggie, and within a few short days, sent us a complete set. Not only is he a stand-up guy when it comes to his customers, he is also someone who stands behind his product...100%. :clap::clap:

I'll have to FOURTH this one..... Asked Reggie about one of mine going out one time, and he relaced the item for free also!! Shipping included. There are some good vendors and there are some Great vendors, and then there's REGGIE!!:yes::yes:
