About a week before Thanksgiving I ordered a LED American flag light from
Tricled. I received the shipping notice the same day.
The next day I got this email from them.

Apparently this item was going to be on there black Friday sale list.
They gave me the discount even though I had ordered it before the sale.
That is great business and service.
I received the LED light in 3 days and during the install one of the
wires became detached from the Flag. I called and talked to Reggie and
said I would need to order another LED flag light, He said to send a
picture of the wire and flag. I took a picture and sent it to them,
fully expecting that I would have to pay for another flag. About 2 hours
later I received the following e-mail from Tricled.
Re: L. E. D flag
Hi Jerry, we apologize to the trouble with led flag. A new one will be
sent out to you tomorrow.

The new light came in 3 days later on Dec 6. I am installing it today.

This company is an example of what a quality first class business should
be. It is refreshing to see a vendor with such outstanding customer
service and Integrity. I highly reccomend supporting Tricled for their
outstanding products and more important their superior commitment to
customer satisfaction.
I ordered their RT turn signal light today. It shipped the same day
ordered.
It will be the last Farkle.
