• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well, I picked up my spyder from the dealer Thursday night after being in the shop for more than 2.5 months and things appear to have been fixed. Knock on Wood!

So, will have have the guts to venture more than 100 miles from the house? I heard there are a few BBQs coming soon!

Spyder owner on the way to happiness again!

Good luck Bers, hope everything goes well from here on out.
I could not imagine going through what some of you Spyderlovers have had to endure.

:congrats: After a couple short trips around the neighborhood I road it 140 miles to the Ocean and that got the confidence back!!

I hope your trouble FREE for 60,000 miles!!!:yes:

:2thumbs: So what were all the things that were fixed?

Once they changed the DPS I got problems again, they first did the TCM update (Throttle Control Module), and I'm guessing they realigned the steering position sensor. The guy at the service counter said that some magnet was messing with the DPS?

Anyhoo, I'm tryding spydie again and that's what matters.
