Get yourself and Ilco X270 key blank, and have a locksmith cut it to match your ignition key. It won't run the bike, but it will unlock stuff...

I accidentally locked my keys in the forward trunk on my 2008 gs...any ideas???

If you do build yourself a "dummy key"; here's an experiment...
Put it in the ignition, and turn it to the "Start" position...
The bike will spool up and get ready for the fuse to be lit...
Now; touch the head of your good key to the Dummy...
And hit the starter...![]()
