To Drill Key or not to Drill Solved...
For me anyway. I was getting off my bike this morning and fumbled the key right down the steering column. Tried using remote claws and a magnet and could not fish it out. I was at a gas pump and had the parking brake on. I spent all day getting a new key cut and programmed (thank God I had the spare). I already drilled the new key and put a key chain on it to keep from happening again. Drilling a hole at the upper top seems to miss any critical chip. It has been said before but you must program/reprogram all keys it took us awhile to figure out. Guy at the shop was not the tech but was trying to help.
Questions:
1. Does anyone know the best way to access that part of the spyder.
2. If you have no key and the parking brake is on, is there a way to get the bike in neutral and get the brake off? (Bike sat right there at the pump until I took a cab home and found my spare key.)

Thanks Tony
